Instruction in applied physics
Collaborative projects in real-world research environments, including autonomous race cars and drones
Modern computer programming, such as Python and robot operating systems
Introductory programing of open-source autopilot systems like NVIDIA’s Racer RTX, Dronecode, and ArduPilot, with actual validation experiments
Career advice and an introduction to college life in beautiful Lawrence, KS

The Advanced Aerospace Technologies Exploration Experience (AATEE) camp is a two-week experience for rising high-school seniors in rural Kansas who are interested in aerospace and computer science, organized by CReSIS at KU and REC at K-State as a part of the ARISE grant.
